I have found my passion in recruiting and am so grateful I found a career that is also a hobby. I have worked with full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, job postings, etc. I am specifically interested in sourcing and love learning and implementing new sourcing strategies to find potential candidates and connections. Whether I am searching for passive, hard to find candidates or hundreds of thousands contacts. using Google X-Ray, LinkedIn, Indeed, 20+ email/contact finder Chrome extensions, 10+ ATS programs including Bullhorn, Zoho, and Ceipal, various business information resources such as ZoomInfo, Chatterworks, and many other software applications and methods. I started my career in Recruiting with Volt Workforce Solutions as a Sourcing Specialist. I was responsible for 262 hires in a 10 week span during the Covid pandemic for a Covid-19 test kit manufacturer. I then accepted an offer for a Healthcare Recruiter position and was very fortunate to have the opportunity to get promoted to Recruiting Manager leading a team of 6 Recruiters and 5 Account Managers. I also worked directly with the President/Owner, CEO, and Sr. Consultants that started and sold their own staffing firms. I then moved a new role with Volt thanks to my close relationship to the Director when I worked with Volt previously. At Volt I was responsible for hiring candidates, finding new clients, maintaining candidate and potential candidate relationships. I learned through this experience that my true passion is sourcing and recruiting, so I decided to accept a new remote role with Talent Advisory Group as a Sr. Recruiter. I am responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling interviews with Hiring Managers, and recommending and implementing any process/workflow changes that improve recruiting and sourcing efficiency.
