- Led the day-to-day operations of the B2C KaiOS support team, achieving an average CSAT score of 90%.
- Planned and implemented GDPR policies for the entire company in collaboration with the legal department and service providers.
- Led workshops with the technical team to develop UI/UX enhancements based on client feedback.
