• Identified a lack of subscription and payment options leading to disjointed user experiences. Designed and implemented a digital wallet feature within the Client Portal, enabling diverse payment methods, subscription management, and transaction tracking, resulting in improved customer loyalty and retention.
• Addressed user challenges in grasping vehicle technology by introducing in-house appointment scheduling for tech walkthroughs, creating high-fidelity wireframes and detailed design rationale notes to enhance understanding and usability, and developing high-level flows for streamlined service booking processes.
• Facilitated design studios and brainstorm sessions to align user-centric and business outcomes for the 'Additional Driver' service offering.
• Designed the ‘Terms of Use’ and ‘Privacy Policy’ pages on desktop and mobile for Apple’s show ‘The Problem with Jon Stewart’.

Collaborated with an EdTech start-up to create a user-friendly interface for their digital twin game. My task was to design an intuitive menu, organizing options logically and adding visual cues to align with the brand. • Contributed to the delivery of the Enterprise Regulatory Compliance Management Program (eRCM), a digital solution across 33 countries to transform how regulatory risk was managed globally and reduced its exposure to regulatory breaches.
