• Orchestrated a process and crafted a plan with the outside territory representative to strategize and identify sales opportunity for service departments within the Mid-Atlantic Territory.
• Evaluated current state of service department performance and goals to understand growth 
opportunities for Cox Automotive Suite that aligned to the service department's goals, resulting in 104% of Goal in 2021 and 136% year to date. 
• Filled in as inside representative for the New England territory, organizing both outside territory representatives to drive both territories to hitting their target goals and beyond, resulting in the territory to achieve 110% to plan in 2021, and achieving 250% to plan in Q1 of 2022.

Mabry Auto Group

• Spearheaded website design upgrade across seven dealership locations that focused on improving customer experience, resulting in better engagement and increasing the Form Submission Rate by 0.8%.
 • Leveraged the Dealer.com platform, managed services, digital retailing tool, and analytics to monitor website performance and increase total leads by 13.8% YOY. 
• Aligned consistent and effective Google marketing campaigns for websites along with social media management to the Mabry Auto Group brand, while delivering a unified message to consumers, resulting in a 90% improvement on efficiency, with an average cost per click around $2.31.

Digital Marketing Manager

• Supervised a team responsible for acquiring inventory for the multi-rooftop auto group to ensure a high turn rate while reducing the cost of the company’s floor plan. 
• Perform initial price comparisons on 500+ in-stock units to ensure vehicles maintain a competitive price, Mabry Auto Group optimizes gross profit, and buyers shop inventory.  
• Ensured pricing for all units were updated regularly to improve relevancy on third party listings while increasing market share. 
• Negotiated the purchase of all rental units for Mabry Auto Group from companies, including Enterprise, Hertz, and Avis.
