I am based out of Denver, work with clients coast to coast, and have a globally distributed delivery team.

Vice President of Client Service

I integrate local and offshore development teams in web and mobile environments from definition to build and quality assurance to final delivery. I manage individual projects up to $4M annually, leading teams of up to 20 developers. I communicate with clients to gather requirements for custom software development projects, including mobile, web, and enterprise applications to define the functional domain. I facilitate sales process and build business relations with executive sponsors, SMEs, team members, and clients to achieve organizational objectives. I craft statements of work, manage contracts and gain buy-in for change orders. I develop project plans and track daily task and deliverables against plans, as well as deliver effective solutions to mitigate issues. I develop and execute recruitment and staffing plans for our local and offshore teams.

Key Contributions:
•	Accomplished $10M+ projects from start to finish within schedule and budgetary constraints.
•	Launched new service lines for 27global, built local and offshore teams, developed onboarding documentation and processes.
•	Played a key role in doubling company revenue and growing Denver office from one employee to six locally with many more team members located in Vietnam.
•	Achieved AWS Select Partnership tier and multiple Microsoft Gold certifications.

Selected Project Work Includes:
•	Spearheaded design, build, and delivery of workflow management system web application for advertising production cost consulting firm using .Net and Angular. 
•	Developed patient engagement application with clinical backend portal and in-room interface to view schedules and control entertainment and environmental controls.  Transitioned to maintenance contract for 6+ years.
•	Facilitated development of customized integrations between medical software provider’s applications and health care institutions to track patient outcomes with PHP backend and native iOS/React Native Android Applications.

I facilitated implementation of PowerPath, an enterprise integrated laboratory diagnostics solution, for multiple clients across the U.S., working with teams in India, Australia, and U.K. I led team of six to ensure all aspects of a technical project were delivered from technical design to coding to testing to acceptance within time and in budgetary constraints. I gathered requirements, analyzed workflows, presented recommendations, and guided integrations, add-ons, upgrades, and installations among internal and external teams. I also diagnosed and resolved implementation issues in a timely manner.
Key Contributions:
•	Supported five clients concurrently at different project stages and transitioned 10 clients to live production within two years.
•	Managed client conversion from another vendor, from data conversion through go-live.
•	Delivered effective training and mentoring to users, aimed at increasing user satisfaction and retention.
•	Devised and documented processes for informed decision-making.

• Designed and constructed a LAN utilizing a Netgear router and D-Link hub.
• Established a Toshiba Strata CTX1000 voicemail and phone system.
• Designed fillable client form in Adobe Acrobat to reduce and organize paper documents
• Provide on-call support and instruction for all office hardware and software to include laptops, desktops, printers, copiers, scanners, fax machines, mobile phones, and telecommunications.

I served as part of an audit team working with real estate, banking, capital investment, and private firms. I evaluated client processes to uncover discrepancies and recover costs. I designed and documented business processes and workflows to prevent losses.
Key Contributions:
•	Recovered $250K by analyzing discrepancies in lease agreements and utility statements.
•	Streamlined overall process and decreased steps from 20+ to 5 by reengineering expense approval process.

• Designed data collection and reporting forms using Microsoft Word and fillable forms using Adobe
