I have recently been doing more project/development work which includes more workflow development, arc report including setup and design of Statement and Reminders pdfs as well as the controlling changes to the PO arc report. Some of the development undertaken in my role as Technical Systems Analyst have been creating arc report and custom sql browers for data that is interface into agresso via other systems.

Within agresso I have Knowledge of AP,AR,Arc,Procurement,Requisitioning,Expenses,Reporting

I was originally employed on a one year contract, however this was extended following the initial period.  Although this was my first exposure to Agresso I gained knowledge of the system without the training of outside sources, and was the first port of call for any support, training etc.

•	Changing and managing backup tapes
•	Manning and developing the internal helpdesk (for the agresso)
•	Resolving problems that user may have in regard to agresso 
•	Training staff and new users in Agresso
•	Support to all 4 Campuses (over 300 users)

I worked at Amey (AIS) as a Contract Control Management System (CCMS) Administrator.  I worked on my own and as part of the Admin team (two members). Below are some of my main duties

•	Maintain Servers (4 servers)
•	Changing and managing backup tapes
•	Manning and developing the internal helpdesk (for the database)
•	Resolving problems that users may have in regard to Oracle database - this also included some general IT tasks
•	Setting up new PCs on to network
•	Advising new users on the network and training them in IT procedures
•	Re-patching telephones within office
•	Creating new telephone numbers internally
•	Writing reports in Crystal Reports and Oracle Discoverer
•	Development of Oracle Discoverer for individual users
•	Creation of new users in Oracle Database with relevant permissions
•	Liaising with various external agencies

I have developed skills in help desk support, SharePoint, and technical support, which enable me to provide effective and efficient solutions to my clients. I am passionate about transforming business processes and improving user experience with Unit4 ERP, and I enjoy collaborating with my team and partners to deliver exceptional outcomes.
