This understanding soon became more than that to me. I became infinitely intrigued by the psychology behind customer buying decisions: what triggers customers to love your brand and spread the word to their friends? This challenge drove me to focus on creative marketing where I generated go-to-market strategies that engaged customers and helped them place a value on a brand or product. As my career matured, I took on roles where I built high performing marketing communications and product development teams that addressed the entire customer life cycle from funneling customer feedback into product ideation to creatively launching a new product and getting it into the hands of customers. Now as a seasoned executive, my passion to put the customer first is still my guiding principle as I strategically position companies to launch 'The Next Great Thing' in new and emerging markets around the globe.
