Part of the leadership team reporting to the EMEA Director, I primarily managed new business teams in the Talent Solutions division. Ranked ✷ Global Top10 2013, ✷ #1 EMEA 2014, ✷ #1 UK 2015. 
In total, over my 4 years as a manager, I managed 31 reps across 4 teams in 3 countries.

⬥ 2015: Ranked no1 of 5 teams in the UK.  A 'high-growth'​ sales team of senior reps covering major UK accounts, high-potential clients, the UK Public Sector and the largest clients in the CIS region. 
⬥ 2014: Ranked no1 new business team in EMEA. 25% of my team achieved Club. Team of 12 reps responsible for UK, Ireland, Russia, South Africa, and a new UK Public Sector practice.
⬥ 2013: Ranked global top10 new business team. 40% of my team achieved Club. Also managed the small business team in Dublin selling into the DACH region.  14 reps across 2 teams.
⬥ 2012: Restructured UK team.  Developed data insights to identify and prioritize potential clients in UK, Ireland, South Africa and Russia. Managed the DACH team in Germany.  14 reps, 2 teams.
⬥ 2011: UK and new markets in EMEA - the recently expanded UK new business team also sold to the Middle East, Italy and Switzerland prior to new offices opening in those regions.
