Manager Development Southern Europe

In my position as Group Junior Manager Development at Ruby Hotels, I work together with Catherine Hilt on Ruby's expansion in Southern Europe, mainly in France, Italy, Spain & Portugal. This includes establishing a relevant network in these markets, sourcing and analyzing potential projects, and finally negotiating & successfully closing (lease) agreements with the respective partners.

In my position as Group Analyst Development at Ruby Hotels, I support the entire team in its quest to open new Ruby Hotels in major cities in Europe by conducting research, writing feasibility reports and market analyses.

As a (pre-opening) sales manager of Zoku Vienna, I am in charge of getting everyone excited for our grand opening in spring 2021. If you have questions about Zoku or you would like to collaborate, please don't hesitate to reach out to me!

Zoku Vienna will be located in the central Second District of Vienna, Leopoldstadt, and will feature 131 Zoku Lofts. After Amsterdam, and Copenhagen (March 2021), Vienna will be the third city with a Zoku.

Young Hoteliers Summit (YHS)

Part of the organizing committee of YHS 2020 - the eleventh edition of the Young Hoteliers Summit, the largest student-run hospitality conference in the world held every year at the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne. In charge of recruiting 80 delegates from different hospitality universities around the world and organize the administrative details concerning their participation and experience of the summit.

Rotating internship, working in different administrative departments (Reservations, Events, and Sales) of the Freehand New York and NoMad New York, properties of Sydell Group.

The Dolder Grand

Working as a Front Desk Agent on one day per week at the renowned Dolder Grand 5* hotel in Zurich. 
This 20% workload allows me to directly apply my skills and the knowledge I acquire during the week in my courses at the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne. Daily tasks include check-ins/outs, cultivating excellent guest relations, supervising trainees, monitoring the future reservations and the allocations of rooms.

Front Desk Agent

A year-long internship which consisted of four months of service in the all-day dining restaurant “Saltz”, two months of kitchen in the pastry department in the main kitchen and six months of front office. Gaining a lot of insight knowledge of the industry and the hotel itself. Adopting very specific skills and information for each department and learning to put it all into context at the end. Deliver a superior customer experience to every guest on every encounter.

Creative Supply

We are a Zurich based agency specialising in the fields of brand strategy, brand design, and brand engagement. Our workforce is made out of a global network of interdisciplinary creatives. This innovative model allows us to curate teams that are best suited for every client’s needs. We have worked on branding projects in 10+ countries across a variety of sectors, as diverse as education, hospitality, finance and consumer goods.

A two-months summer job at the Zurich based agency specializing in the fields of brand strategy, brand design, and brand engagement. Writing articles and press releases for Creative Supply’s brand magazine, Creative Brand. Assisting founder, Youri Sawerschel, in several projects that ranged from consulting to hospitality concept development. Being in charge of all business administrative tasks and communication. Supporting the redesigning of both the Creative Supply and Creative Brand websites.

Naturally curious and outgoing, I enjoy every aspect of hospitality: connecting people, creating unforgettable experiences, and making people feel at home, no matter how far away from it they might be.
