With over 15 yrs in Talent Acquisition, leading and building teams is my passion. At AWS, led and built a team of 12 recruiters, we supported the WW Specialist Organization, building technical specialist teams across North America. At Citrix Systems, I led a team of 8 recruiters, that grew and scaled the Americas Sales Organization, which included Inside Sales, Presales, Commercial, Channel and Enterprise Sales. At HP/HPE, my teams scaled multiple sales and technical teams in the HP Software/Enterprise Security Products organization, delivering cybersecurity technical and sales talent to the organization. I have a deep dedication for the strategic side of recruiting, especially partnering with business leaders to understand future hiring needs and delivering actionable TA plans to meet hiring needs in a timely manner. I also take pride being an empathetic leader, who keeps teams energized to do great work, and sets a high bar for performance. I have managed teams across North America and LATAM, and partnered closely with global teams in EMEA and APJ. I offer a solid balance of strong leadership and mentoring skills along with being analytical to effectively use data to adapt and influence future TA strategies where needed. While leading, mentoring and coaching are what I'm really good at, I remain recruiter at my core, and thrive at building and developing strategic sourcing plans,and providing development opportunities and recruiter enablement and building collaborative relationships with stakeholders and internal partners, while delivering on evolving talent strategies. I leverage data and analytics to report on team metrics, identify gaps and opportunities, and drive continuous improvement. I also partner on cross-functional and global talent acquisition projects, deliver talent branding content, and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
