I am a seasoned training consultant. For the past five years, I conducted anywhere between 600 hours to 1100 hours of leadership facilitation a year. During that time I worked with the Human Resources, Training, and Learning and Development teams of national and multi-national companies of all sizes. My work involved helping organizations address specific knowledge gaps as well as designing complete road maps that supported their strategic plans. Being in the Leadership and Management division, most of my work was targeted toward behavioral change. Included were more technical skills such as Project Planning, Problem Solving and Decision Making, and Stakeholder Management. The wealth of experience gained during this time combined with more than 30 years of work experience at all levels and across varied industries allows me to provide deep insights in the learning and development arena both for corporations and individuals.
