Morgane is a Freelance that I help by acting as an intermediary with her worldwide suppliers (India, China, Italy, United Kingdom) and I also entirely designed and developed her e-commerce website on the BackOffice and FrontOffice sides. Currently, I perform corrective maintenance and develop new modules.

Freelance web programmer

As a Project Director (or CGI's Director of Consulting and Service in title), I was reporting to a Vice-President and was involved in the following abilities:
•	Delivery
   * Management of several projects, from the signing of the contract to the end of the work, including financial and organizational management, respect for deadlines and quality, and resource management.
   * Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction (strong group indicator)
   * Animation of governance bodies (COPRO, COPIL, ...)
   * Involve the teams in the company and in the "Remaining Work" to be done in order to guarantee the quality of the deliverables.

In addition to my IT Projects manager activities within Thales, I built and developed a fablab internally with a budget of €5000. We were 8 people with different profiles in startup mode and after a year, the fablab filed 2 patents and became a pole of innovation and training on new technologies (realization of connected plants, 3D modeling and printing, use of rasberry pi / arduino, mobile application development, website, etc).

IT Projects manager - Fablab coreteam member

My job consisted in leading and monitoring 14 projects with a staff of 26 engineers in a services center. I accompanied the client in the change of methodology from a "fixed package" to an agile scrum.
•	Ability to install a climate of trust with my various clients.
•	Collecting needs and drafting of the "call of tenders".
•	Follow-up of projects with direct interface with clients.
•	Coordination between the different departments of the clients.
•	Piloting of work sheets and supervision of collaborators.
•	Ensuring that safety, deadline, quality and cost objectives are met. 
•	Ensuring the collective and individual operational performance of team members. 
•	Making a point once a week to update the planning, the dashboard and the production indicators in order to monitor the smooth running of the mission and to report possible risks and opportunities.
•	Run COPRO, COPIL, COSTAFF, CODIR.
•	Contribute to the implementation of good methods and tools, as well as good project practices (Agile or not, code reviews, qualimetry, continuous integration, ...).
•	Ensure the quality of delivery to the customer.
•	Set up the test strategy (functional and unitary).
•	Identify possible training needs.
•	Recruitment of my team members according to customer needs.
•	Being the technical referent to whom the collaborators can rely on in case of technical problems (technical information feedback, alerts).
•	Writing and updating Chorus 2 documentation: SRS (Requirements), STD/R (tests), QTP/R (quality), SDD (design), SPS/VDD (design), 377 (manual/design/design).

My activities were to carry out the development under Labview of a tool allowing the test of software composing a navigation system. The New Generation Integration, Validation and Acceptance Test Bench (BIVA NG) allows testing all the target software in a "real time" context. It is a means of simulation and acquisition of the external communication links of the equipment under test by recreating from predefined scenarios the functional and performance environment of the links.
•	Keeping to schedule and milestones
•	Management and follow-up of a team of 5 people with the IT project manager.
•	Updating of the dashboard and feedback of indicators during the COPROs.
•	Allocation of tasks at the daily meeting
•	Help with software architecture and development under Labview RT with "real time" constraints
•	Writing of documentation, on-site integration and unit tests

Assistant IT Project manager

Direction Excellence Opérationnelle Voyages SNCF 

My activities consisted in developing (under Delphi XE3) computer tools designed to simulate the operation of the time chain and programming under MISTRAL (a control / command system). The Operators have an integrated HMI to manage in time and space rail traffic. The management of the trains' route and their relative order of passage over the points of conflict is handled by a functional module for "programming" the routes fed by a timetable database.

•	Creation and maintenance of planning and milestones

•	Management and follow-up of an expert person under my responsibility.
•	Software development under Delphi 7, then XE3 
•	Analysis of the tools currently used and appropriation of the context
•	Identification of the data to be constituted to cover the whole operation of the programming.

•	Writing of useful documentation for the maintenance of the application.

Junior IT project manager

I started out as an automation application engineer, but over the years I become a junior automation application project manager.
•	Junior project manager on industrial projects (from study, to realization, training and support). For example:
   * Development of "PanaDevis" software for Panasonic distributors. Generates quotes quickly (POO C++builder). Management and follow-up of 2 people under my responsibility (commercial and trainee)
   * Development of a customer counting software for the company Experian Footfall for Celio and Etam stores (Delphi programming and VB conversion, Panasonic PLC and sensor).
•	Follow-up of the dashboard and feedback of productivity indicators.
•	Feasibility study in the field of Industrial Vision.
•	Performing remote technical support on the whole panasonic automation range (on vision systems, servomotors, drives, Sunx sensors or Panasonic PLCs).

As a supervisor, I carried out 2 assignments as part of my temporary work.
•	Collaboration with the project managers for the project to replace the alternator and transformer protections of EDF's nuclear power plants.
   * Follow-up of files.
   * Writing technical reports.
•	Programming of a supervision station (Industrial IT System 800xA) in the hydraulic field.
   * UX design of software.
   * PLC programming and supervision.

With more than 10 years of background as a project manager, I have acquired managerial and technical skills that allow me to respond to every problem. 
Highly invested, adaptable and social, I expand my scope of action and manage to create customer needs.
With the help of several collaborators, I have greatly contributed to the development of a services center with activities from 6 engineers up to 26 for contracts of more than 2.5M€/year. 
Curious and passionate about new technologies, I contributed to the launch of a fablab in Start-up and Research & Development mode.
