Wincanton's largest distribution centre with a permanent driving population of 396 full time drivers and 140 to 180 agency drivers per day. I was also responsible for the Isle of man Transport operation which included managing the loading, the shipment, cross dock and delivery of stock for the network of stores on the Island. I was responsible for the Driver Training, writing SSoW, Driver CPC  and health and safety both Lea green and the Isle of Man.
