Responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, and on-boarding new Sales Development Reps. and continuing to over-achieve on personal metrics. Managed 9 SDRs and reported directly to VP of Sales. Held weekly team meeting and created a weekly report for Management to track and gauge performance, pipeline, and goals. Oversaw Salesforce updates and dashboards. Two of the team members I on-boarded quickly became the top producing reps and were promoted.
