Paul is an award winning Chair, Global CxO, Advisor, Accredited Executive Coach with an impressive track record of delivering growth in global leaders organisations - uniquely combining entrepreneurial startup speed with the ability to deliver at scale. At Excelerate, he is retained to provide transformational Executive Coaching and Board advisory services to significant global technology/advisory/investment companies and executives to help them grow sustainably. He a founding Partner at ScaleUp Group - successfully growing several UK ScaleUps with funding (over £40m raised to date) and global experience from growing over £4bn in enterprise value. He was previously a pioneering Chief Customer Innovation Officer, Group Technology Officer and SVP Global Services at BT where he launched many innovative internet, Broadband, Mobile and Media services and global businesses supporting profitable revenues of >$4bn plus was a member/Chair of several global boards and the main Group Diversity, Risk and Technology Boards. He is an alumnus of London Business School and IMD (short MBA and Global Executive Leadership Programmes), University of Essex (MSc IT Systems and University of York (B.Sc. (Hons) Electronic Eng.) He started his career as a Apprentice, Professional Technician and working in the family food retail business - which was a brilliant business training programme - sales, marketing, finance, energy and resilience in good and difficult times. He is a Chartered Engineer (CEng), Fellow of Institute of Engineering and Technology (FIET), Fellow of Institute of IT (FBCS) and Freeman of the City of London.
