Sr. Agile Project Manager, Scrum Master

- Work with internal units and customers to drive the strategy for Solution Development; 
- Alignment of solution development services with market and pipeline;
- Provide input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility; 
- Internal and external stakeholder management for the dissemination of the services strategy;
- Project resourcing strategies, budget allocation, staffing, toolset setup, client relationship management;
- Customer relationship to ensure processes are integrated to support their expectations;

- Provide ongoing technical/operational guidance to professional teams, conduct special projects and manage department;
- Ensure that solutions are developed in a way that complies with industry standards, established methodologies and practices.

Solution Development Manager

-	Tracking the team’s efforts in an Agile way;
-	Oversee daily activities of delivery team - provide direction and guidance when needed;
-	Improve delivery processes to achieve cost effectiveness;
-	Report delivery status;
-	Recruit, hire, train and supervise delivery team members;
-	Escalation Management and Risk Management;
-	Delivery through Agile and Dev-Ops Integration Model; 
-	Support and enforce of Agile principles and practices.

Delivery Manager

-	Advocate Agile methodologies, provide leadership and direction in Agile best practices (including ceremonies, artifacts and processes) to team members, Product Owners and management;
-	Remove impediments and/or guide the team to remove impediments by coordinating with cross functional teams;
-	Shield the team from external interference;
-	Guide and motivate the team to be highly effective, self-organized, productive and accountable, with an emphasis on achieving Sprint commitments;
-	Coordinate regular meetings including project kickoff, sprint planning, daily standup, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives, etc.
-	Liaise between Product Owner and Delivery Manager to ensure use cases/user stories meet the Definition of Ready and Definition of Done;
-	Work with the Product delivery team to identify deliverables and enforce the team to successfully delivers them;
-	Manage and negotiate scope, timeline, quality, goals and deliverables that support business goals;
-	Set and continually manage expectations with team members and other stakeholders;
-	Develop and deliver proposals, requirements documentation, presentations and progress reports.

Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master

- Customized development workflows for digital content based on Clients' needs in several nationwide projects in the United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Morocco, Kazakhstan, Malta;
- Acted as an interface between the Client and the Development Team in large-scale international eContent projects;

- Managed and coordinated eContent production teams to develop interactive learning content for K12 education using Waterfall and Agile Methodologies;

- Performed maintenance of existing digital learning resources in Flash using AS2 and AS3;
- Performed functional QA of existing digital learning resources;
- Developed digital learning resources in Flash using AS2 and AS3;
- Performed learning content packaging using the SCORM standard.
