•Maintain relationships with 3rd party quality control services companies
•Overview an average of 150 production runs per year, for well-known brands in the EU/NA markets

Project Manager for the Spare Parts department of Cartier Operations, the maison's Supply Chain headquarters. 2 major projects:
•Optimize inbound and inventory management policies through data analysis and model building for long shelf-lives items with high unit costs, high MOQs and low/unpredictable demands. 18M$/y budget, projected 2M$/y savings
•Overhaul CS & CRM policies for the Accessories product ranges, improving the lead-time for after sales services by an estimated ~30% for those product lines.
