As a Leader and the founder of Quantum Leap Academy, I am passionate about sharing the message of human-centric leadership and blending technology with leadership. I am the author of four books on leadership, culture, and implementing AI into the workplace as a leader. I have over 20 years of experience in operations management, leadership, business analytics, and process improvement. Most recently I have focused on implementing AI into businesses and helping others grow their leadership and AI skills to dramatically improve their workplaces and businesses. I am the Director of Manufacturing at ST Engineering, where I am a business leader of a large aerospace company. I have successfully led cross-functional teams, implemented Six Sigma methodologies, and ensured compliance with ISO standards. I hold a Six Sigma Black Belt certification and an executive leadership and coaching course from Academy Leadership.
