They anchored some powerful conversations with reflective anchors. Serving others through challenging assumptions, creatively aligning systems to elevate, and empowering teams to bring the best out of themselves to impact a larger footprint with healthy relationships with technology resonated.

Grateful to experience TEDNext, the TED Community, and for an opportunity to further a personal conviction that when environments that are well-tended, nurture bold thinking, transparent in communication, and collaborative without fear of retribution, an organization can become an engine for transformation driven by its people.
