Accountable for the strategic architectural direction within the Marketing, Customer, Online and People domains within Morrisons. Member of the architecture board and the technical design authority.

Senior Technology Manager - Principle Architect - Digital Customer Experience

Lead Enterprise Architect responsible for defining the roadmaps and strategic application landscapes for the next 3 years and overall accountability for architecture within the domain.

Senior Technology Manager - Digital Customer Experience Enterprise Architect

Leading the Customer and Marketing solutions architecture team - responsible for simplifying the microservice architecture and defining a new cloud POS capability driving real business change and creating a truly decoupled microservice architecture.

Senior Technology Manager - Lead Solutions Architect

Solutions Architect designing solutions on a variety of platforms (Salesforce, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform.) Currently specialising in the design and implementation of Micro Services to support vital business functions with the aim of providing a decoupled architecture landscape within Morrisons. Advocate of continuous agile development using automated deployment pipelines and testing.

Solutions Architect

Leading the CRM BAU team ensuring incidents and problems are dealt with within SLA. Facilitating change, designing and implementing new solutions for Salesforce and Unica and actively participating in new projects ensuring everything is documented to a high standard. Provide advice on Salesforce best practice and coaching staff.

CRM Lead

A certified Salesforce Administrator in Morrisons, I support 11,500 partner portal users in 500+ Morrisons stores and 160+ full Salesforce users. I also have 2000+ chatter users at both Morrisons and Kiddicare to administer. I deal with workflows, approval processes, apex code, validation rules, reports, dashboards, interfaces, data administration, functional requirements, testing, release deployments, change set management and 2nd line IT support for the whole CRM solution. This includes: Dupeblocker, Radian6, Conga Courier, Postcode Anywhere and Get Satisfaction.

CRM Specialist

My role involved numerous activities: Gathering requirements, project management, 2nd line IT support, service management, documentation, designing and implementing business processes. I dealt with various levels of management ranging from directors to department managers. I was also on call solving issues through the night working with the logistics support team. I won IT employee of the year in 2009 for my excellent work during my final year at University as I kept up part time at Morrisons meeting the demands of work and earning a first class with honours degree at the same time.

Functional Analyst

Next Group PLC

Working in the retail despatch team, I was responsible for ensuring that all deliveries were out on time and that stores got their allocation of stock correctly. I was managing a team of 15 people at the time on group bonus work. I also took on the managers responsibilities when they were not present on the shop floor. This left me in charge of whole floors of the warehouse at times.
