I am an experienced finance professional with a proven track record in partnering with key finance and non-finance stakeholders in the business, to provide analysis and advice. Industries include, Software as a Service (SaaS), Internet of Things (IoT), B2B, B2C, e-commerce and retail. A qualified Chartered Accountant, I specialise in financial management, cashflow management, business partnering, planning, forecasting, reporting and analysis. I have led and mentored finance teams through everyday operations and integrations. Other experience includes the implementation of HFM, working on a company wide project to implement the new revenue standard under US GAAP and also playing a key role in the finance integration of Aconex into Oracle after acquisition. My broad experience expands across Adelaide, London and Melbourne and have been able to gain knowledge and be mentored by those in senior leadership, including CFO's, VP's and Directors. My current position with MaxMine, a Private Equity backed SaaS company, with a mandate to build out the full end-to-end finance function as the company goes through an exciting stage of accelerated growth. Reporting to the Board and a key part of the leadership team, I am responsible for financial planning & analysis, financial reporting, contract management and a key person in all fundraising efforts.
