Plan a global product strategy for the Retail channel and lead brand creation of footwear ranges that support the brand and channel strategy that meet the needs of consumers in global markets, whilst delivering the line planning and gross margin targets.

Responsible for the men’s product line within the retail team. 
Lead the line planning and product creation process for menswear portion of the line, building a global product line strategy to meet commercial deliverables. 
Plan global product strategy for a portion of the product line.
Lead the creation of a product line which delivers targeted sales pairs, and revenue, and which meets ex-factory cost targets to deliver gross margin value, net sales and buying volume targets. 
Support the brand strategy reflecting an understanding of the truth at the core of the brand, and the future strategic direction for the brand.
Analyse and report category business performance.
Manage a product team of Product Managers, providing clear guidance and direction.
Recruit, train and develop direct reports, supporting the development of their technical and behavioural skills.

Senior Product Line Manager Originals BU Accounts.
Responsible for adidas originals footwear and apparel product into the JD Sports Group including size? I also manage additional accounts across several distribution channels which include Sneakersandstuff, Office/Offspring, Courir, Athletes World and Runners Point.
I manage and direct the creation of products across footwear, apparel and accessories being also responsible for a team of product managers in each category.
Key Objectives:
-Assist in positioning the categories and setting appropriate visions for it
-Understand the consumers and the key accounts on a global level to ensure constant improvement/valuation of product range
-Support in analysing market data and trends
-Identify key growth opportunities
-Assist in the creation of the relevant category plans (including product range)
-Develop the marketing/product strategy and execute the product process
-Manage the range plan from product brief to commercialization and manage the process (calendar, sku’s amortization)
-Coordinate and provide support for Design and Development (build product team)
-Assist in guiding regions and subs to ensure correct product selection (intro, price, margin)
-Support in presenting the Category and Range both internally and externally (meetings, launches etc.)
-Manage a product team of Product Managers and/or assistants, providing clear guidance and direction to direct reports
-Analyse and report category business performance
-Build market and retailer network for consistent product feedback in one or more global regions

Responsible for several PUMA Licensed National and International Football Teams such as Newcastle United, Tottenham Hotspur, Sporting Lisbon and Olympiacos, the WPS soccer league in the US, African National Teams such as Cameroon, Ivory Coast and and the South African National Team.
Also managing collaborations with local African artists and Ozwald Boateng.
I also work closely with our International Product Teams (IPT's) for EEA regions such as Greece, Portugal, Rotterdam and the UK.
As PLM I am accountable for the product management of all lines within the determined business field based at the PUMA International base in Herzogenaurach, Germany.
