I am a seasoned Business Development; Sales, Marketing and Account Management specialist. I am purpose-driven and have a wealth of experience in serving, solving problems and creating opportunities in the B2B ecosystem My business partners and work colleagues have always commented on how driven and passionate I am, very hardworking, a self-starter that does not need to be managed and most of all a team player with a love for people that is always trying to assist others to be better. As a strategic thinker I always managed to bring fresh ideas and immediate value to the organisations I have engaged with, created many opportunities, which have led to successful REVENUE and GROWTH Spending over 15 years in the Microsoft Ecosystem I have managed to work for and partner with some of Microsoft's leading partners. To mention a few Corporate Project Solutions (CPS) and Edison365 in the UK, PMSolutions in North American, nVisionIT, Datacentrix, Mint Technologies, EOH and First Digital in South Africa. Having an entrepreneurial spirit has always served me well, and after leaving the Investment Banking world was fortunate to start and successfully manage my own Microsoft partner business PMSight. Some of our successful customers were Nedbank, DeBeers, Anglo Coal, Debswana, Standard Bank, AVI, Investec and Shoprite Checkers. What I believe I do well: Business Development - Having a passion for Sales and Marketing I understand both worlds and how important it is to have Sales, Marketing and Customer Service (Experience) to be aligned and work as “One Team” Community Building - I am extremely passionate about community building and have been part of several communities. I believe building online communities as part of your brand, product, or service together with your customer, employees, partners, and stakeholders will set you apart and outperform your competitors. Innovation - I have a natural gift I believe for Ideation. Have always had plenty of ideas, but also could see what needed to be connected or who you should partner with to make that Idea a Reality. Portfolio and Project Management/Project Portfolio Management - Doing the Right Things Right! I was trained and was South Africa's reseller for one of the leading Project management companies in America and the world. PMSolutions CEO Kent Crawford. Technology/Digital - I have successfully resold, distributed, and implemented some great and leading SaaS solutions from around the world.
