After 10 years working as a traditional lawyer in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and financings, I was unaware of my motivations, the obstacles that prevented me from feeling fulfilled, and I was not conscious of my self-leadership tools. I complemented my education in law and business with studies in systemic thinking, integrative methodologies, and transgenerational analysis applied to law, and other wellness techniques. I am certified facilitator of QLTtm, a self-knowledge and mental reprogramming method based on neuroscience. I am currently pursuing studies in Transformational Legal Coaching and Quantic Constelations from Escuela de Sabiduría Bril. The above, allows me to offer my clients a holistic perspective on their challenges and the opportunities to address them. I created RIETE Method, through which I: Support professionals in individual processes of self-knowledge, self-management, and goal achievement. Conduct trainings in human skills grounded in self-knowledge, self-management, and assertive communication. Provide legal services to clients who wish to analyze their conflicts or projects from a holistic perspective, integrating systems thinking and transgenerational study with the technical aspects of the laws involved in their matters. In these services, I combine my knowledge and experience as a lawyer with elements of psychology, neuroscience, quantum physics, systemic thinking, and transgenerational work. I guide my clients from disconnection, anxiety, and inability to effectively manage their resources to achieve goals and resolve conflicts, to self-regulation and the implementation of solutions to attain objectives and build agreements without sacrificing their well-being.
