•	Leadership of the regional demand generation function including campaign development, and delivery in alignment with company and global marketing priorities. 
•	Accountability for driving marketing outcomes including marketing responses, marketing generated opportunities and pipeline sourced from campaigns including Microsoft, Polycom Experience and new product launches.
•	Development of an agile campaign creation model to ensure continuous optimisation, testing and behaviour based ‘always on’ nurture programmes.

•	EMEA demand generation budget management focused on driving ROI.

•	Responsibility for the EMEA marketing automation platform (Eloqua), campaign creation process and ROI program reporting via Salesforce.com.
•	Budget responsibility for all EMEA campaign activity. 
•	Delivery of the customer communication strategy and lead generation activity in key target markets ensuring alignment with sales and company objectives.
•	Management of the EMEA customer and prospect data acquisition and maintenance strategy.

EMEA Senior Customer Marketing Manager

•	Development and implementation of pan-EMEA demand generation and brand awareness campaigns within global frameworks.
•	Successful development and implementation of a multi-language campaign delivering >$25m in marketing sourced pipeline and over $5m in closed won revenue across 12 European countries. 
•	Pan-EMEA lead generation campaign budget ownership. 
•	Campaign reporting including closed loop and ROI against internal targets and industry benchmarks.
