I help businesses make their work more meaningful by helping them realise their potential social & environmental impact strategies and by helping them define, embed, and amplify their purpose and culture. With the goal of creating a thriving workforce and being a positive impact on all stakeholders, I use tools such as Employee Engagement Surveys, Employer Branding Workshops and Workplace Governance strategies. I help businesses do better, starting from within. By driving positive impact from within, businesses can have a positive impact on the planet and society. We all have the power to have a better impact on society and the planet. People want purpose, and it's vital that we embed this in our business practices, workplaces, products, services. My previous role at one of the world’s best and most loved beauty brands positioned me as instrumental in the rapid scaling of the business, and the incredible experience of working hand in hand with the founders on building the culture of the organisation, as well as the people and culture team, from scratch. Together with an incredibly bright-minded team, we achieved phenomenal global success. My purpose and obsession has driven me to launch my own Dubai-based, global consultancy - Do the Most. I provide people-focused solutions for companies that want to elevate, measure and improve their company culture. Every business has the capacity to have positive impact, and I love working with founders to achieve this. In my spare time you will find me routinely apologising for the noise from my sassy chihuahuas (adopt don’t shop!), surfing at Sunset Beach, listening to the same songs repeatedly on Spotify, or browsing bookshops to add to the piles and piles of books already in my home.
