Paul had impressively launched 4 different multi-million businesses in Europe and drove a turn around with another. At Payhawk, Paul lead the professionalisation of their sales organization whilst scaling them from €3M to €12M and 30 sales, customer success, pre-sales and customer support people to 110 in 1 year. Paul's leadership career began as international employee number one at Vision Critical. He grew the EMEA business from 0 to £8M with 15 employees across multiple European locations. He then went on to launch Zappi in Europe, taking them from 0-£8M and from 2-18 people in 4 years. He followed this with turning around Freespee, rightsizing their sales and success organisations whilst delivering growth from £8M to £12M in 3 years.
