Since Feb 2021 I have been helping Visionaries and Course Creators be confident to launch their businesses and courses online without fear or tech overwhelm. I love being able to help small business to get online in the right way whilst walking them though all the steps needed one by one. Have recently completed legal training for small businesses, Facebook Ads manager and Life coaching so I can help my clients and those in my membership with more issues that are vital for any small business. I previously worked with Plumbers, builders and other trades and some small independent merchants on a one to one. I upskilled and added parts to my knowledge that I didn't have before enabling me to leverage social media with the help of ClickFunnels, WordPress websites and MailChimp, aiming to open the doors to the 45 million people on Facebook to find their ideal plumber and be able to build the Know, Like and Trust factor before they are contacted, the Tradesperson feels more comfortable as does the customer. Each person who goes through the process with me will encounter a different journey depending on their business needs. I work closely with the clients to access where their Business is now and what their ideal 3,6 and 12 month plan looks like. I deliver packages from just being visible on Social platforms through to Full Social Media Management. I work across all the major platforms and advise what is best per client. I am able to develop a Business Audit of the Social Media accounts, this shows where gaps are and helps to identify what is needed. I have a varied career from a Waitress, Catering Manager in a hospital and then onto a General Manager in a Independant Bathroom / Plumbing shop and in each of these roles I have noticed that I have always had an attraction to the Customer Service side and wanting to solve problems and organise workloads to give a better outcome for my Customers. I am based in Berkshire and work around my Husband and my 3 children and am blessed. I love family life and work and I am finally able to have both without compromise. I personally love being out and about with my family and enjoying nature walks and we are very blessed to live in an area that enables us to make the best of outdoor life.
