Paula is the founder of Leading UP LLC, a client-focused coaching organization that partners with organizations in the health care, military, service and technology industries. She uses her expertise in emotional intelligence and neuroscience of leadership to design and deliver individual and team coaching programs, leadership development workshops, and speaking engagements. She has contributed to improving employee engagement, management development, retention of top performers, and organizational performance in both revenue and quality metrics.
