WTF!! Wine Tasting Friday! 🍷 🎉

We are fans of the Duckhorns, who started their wineries in 1985 in the Paso Robles region of California wine country. They consistently produce great wines and this one is apparently no different.

This is a 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon. Well, it's called that, but it is actually 91% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Merlot, and 2% Petite Sirah. It is aged in French oak barrels for 18 months: 35% new, 65% neutral, and has an alcohol of 14.5%, which is on the upper end and expected for wines like this. 

James Suckling rates is a 92 and it is described as a classically styled wine that showcases robust complexity with plush tannins, luxurious layers of black raspberry and blueberry, and French-oak inspired hints of vanilla bean and baking spices.

Paso Robles (we pronounce it "ro-blase") is one of our favorite regions in California as it produces red wines that fit our palates better because they are less fruit-forward (some say "jammy") and have more intensity that we would find in classic French-style Bordeaux wines.

Your org chart will be useless in 2026. Not because HR got the reporting lines wrong. Because it's mapping the wrong thing entirely.

Traditional org charts track who reports to whom. They assume humans do all the work, decisions flow up and down hierarchies, and value creation follows those neat vertical lines.

But that model breaks the moment AI enters your organization.
