I was responsible for creating engagement plans to maximise participation in the 2021 Census.  Planning focussed on groups who might be less likely to take part due to lack of understanding of the purpose of the census, digital literacy, language skills etc

This involved managing a wide of ad-hoc international quantitative projects covering CX, NPD, pricing etc. I also led tender and proposals for multi-Country tracking projects

The global body for professional accountants, headquartered in London with over 200,000 members world-wide.  I was part of the central Customer Research and Insight team, working globally to support informed decision-making in the organisation

I was responsible for the delivery of two quarterly event-driven student surveys with multiple stake holders, a range of other ad-hoc online surveys plus a short term community and qualitative work.  My work covered the student journey, roll out of new/online exams and conversion to membership, plus work with tutors. I also advised colleagues working on developing the accountancy profession in emerging markets.  My previous experience was put to good use in running “DIY” online research projects and combining data sources for deep dive analyses.
