Hi - here's a really short bit about me. I'm Paul. Since the mid 90's people have paid me money to produce and present on film and radio. Now I run a company making videos for businesses and musicians. I also love a Custard Cream (come on, who doesn't) and like to eat them the hard way. Since 2005 I've also been coaching people to move, eat and think right. People pay me for that too and I wrote a book about it (that was pretty fun). Now here's a slightly longer bit about me. In 2015 I launched a fitness business selling video content I made (it won an award and a publishing contract from Bloomsbury). Pretty soon people started asking me to make videos for them. Eventually I started saying yes. Now I make videos for businesses far and wide (I sometimes present them too). I've made a fair few music videos too and loads of concerts. Monoki Media? That started in 2021 after a couple of other video production concepts failed to get off the ground. I'm happy to say this one is flying. Oh - Monoki? That's a combination of my Dad's name (Maurice - people called him Mo), my Mum's name (Norma) and my daughter's name (Kyra - or Kiwi to her friends). Video is in fact my 4th career. In my time I've also been a barefoot running coach, feature writer for international magazines, published author, breakfast DJ, TV presenter, flying eye, club DJ and graphic designer.
