Cognicor is a fast-growing SAAS startup that provides cognitive chatbots for wealth management and insurance enterprises in the US and Europe. The popular clients are LPL Financial, Ameriprise, BNY Pershing, Sequoia Financial etc. Virtual assistants are used by the customer service executives in the back office to get faster responses and reduce call times. They are also used by financial advisors for optimising multiple daily tasks and knowledge gathering. Cognicor has a proprietary platform to build these powerful virtual assistants from enterprise knowledge and to maintain it.

Key Achievements
- Created a beta version of the enterprise platform in 6 months leading a team of 15 members.
- Signed a one million USD ARR deal with ATOS (https://atos.net/en/ a global leader in digital transformation with 112000 employees and annual revenue of c. € 11 billion.) with the beta product.
- Fostered innovation through multiple activities like setting up an innovation club, helping people to form teams and building innovative add-ons or features outside their regular work. Around 60% of such add-ons become part of the core product.
- Played a significant role in pivoting to a secondary line of products, the chatbots with specific use cases to be sold to RIAs (meeting assistant, client maintenance assistant etc) other than the platform which accounts for 20% of the revenue.
- Conducted regular discussion jams to identify the challenges the employees face and helped the organisation to build a better connection with them. The employee satisfaction score improved by 50% in 6 months.

I started AwesomeDaddies Interactive, a product design studio in 2013 after stints in multiple companies based out of Denmark. I set up a remote team and partnered with my Danish colleagues to deliver diverse products to our clients. Being a self-taught designer and entrepreneur in the early days of my career taught me a lot. It helped me to become fearless, take risks, commit mistakes and grow in confidence. I also got to work with various other entrepreneurs to help them build their ideas into products and partnered with technology companies as their design team. It was an immense pleasure to see we were part of many successful products. Experiencing all the hiccups of a startup, we conquer the challenges to build a team of 15 members that includes designers and front-end developers.

As the founder and lead designer, I was thoroughly involved throughout the product design journey starting from the research to the delivery of the visual designs, building strong and lasting relationships with the customers and everything else you can expect from a founder of a small company. In 2018, a long-term relationship with one of our customers, Cognicor Technologies, Spain and USA, who is a leader in enterprise virtual assistant solutions in wealth management, acqui-hired our team to scale up the product development as a part of their strategy.

- Federal Bank (Finance): Multiple projects - Retail banking application, Customer experience portal, API banking portal, Digital account opening, Self-service app, Employee experience app etc
- Ninjacart (Agri-Finance Tech): Created the Ninja App to solve complex financial needs of the Agri ecosystem
- Vodafone (Telecom): Experience design for customer service portals and internal CRMs
- Zappyhire (HR Tech): Created the AI-enabled recruitment toolbox experienced from ideation to multiple versions in 3 years.
