Long story short: I am the CEO and co-founder of cux.io - UX & Analytics Automation Tool that helps eliminate conversion blockages in e-commerce.
 I help companies to translate knowledge about users into specific business decisions. I support corporates in data-driven transformations and developing analytical strategies. Worked, among others, for TVN Media, PZU, Prisjakt, and EFL. My background is in market research (ex Kantar) - for 5 years I've been supporting big players (such as banks, telecoms, and energy companies) in launching new products/services and customer experience research. I'm a TEDx speaker and academic lecturer. Strong Women in IT, Winner of the ranking of 50 Most Creative People in Business. Proudly call myself a mompreneur. Together with my husband and children, we're a family of digital nomads with the experience of living in Berlin, a tiny cabin in the woods in eastern Poland, Madeira. Currently based in Lisbon.
