With a small team, designed, implemented and maintain The Great Hearts Community, the largest public online giving circle in the world.

Leading a team consulting on new product development, strategy and management, as well as technology architecture and full-service frontend/backend/devOps development.

Designed and implemented company's first Product Development Management process. Regularly recommended product roadmap strategy to leadership and organized and disseminated strategy updates to broader team.

Initiated and organized the security program for On Point's OPTimum Cloud platform.

Designed and oversaw fraud prevention product that was developed in the response rampant ID Theft as fallout of the CARES act. Conception to first production client was completed in 3 months with an interdisciplinary team of 20.

Affect X Technologies

Built hardware device and backend that streamed high frequency biometric data via phone to the cloud for ML processing and back phone in near real time.

Pitched investors and set technical strategy for startup.

Led interdisciplinary team from product conception through early R&D to MVP to test viability of a new market for On Point. Developed prototypes and wireframes, technical proof of concepts, business and marketing plans, financial analysis, market research, and lead user tests.

Co-architected the genesis of the OPTimum Platform, a microservice oriented framework built to handle the complex technical and business requirements of a complete Unemployment Insurance Benefit and Tax system.
