It was born out of a desire to build a boutique Search business that delivers the highest level of service to our clients and candidates.  Our comprehensive and penetrative Search methodology is proven to unlock those "hard to find" and niche skill sets that all businesses struggle with.  

Our name, Fidarsi means trust, which in our opinion is the cornerstone on which all long lasting and meaningful relationships are built. We aim to be your Search partner of choice by solving talent acquisition challenges with honesty and expertise.
