★ Collaboratively redefined product strategy, tactics for an east coast major Laundry detergent manufacturer to realign their trade plans, create more engaging strategies with their retailers and focus trade spending, resulting in $2MM additional projected profit
★ Product strategy, building a trade story for an east coast sparkling water division that not only created more volume (projected to over 7% across the total portfolio), but optimized how they directed their promotional activity to keep trade costs contained.
★ Product Strategy, tactics and marketing collaborating on trade strategy with a west coast frozen food manufacturer, followed by retailer execution workshops to exploit market potential, grow volume by up to 15% and deliver significantly more profit.
