Regularly articulating and promoting the benefits of our current rugged mobile computing solutions portfolio with internal teams, distribution and channel partners, independent software vendors and end customers.  As trusted advisor, I evangelised our future technology strategy, leveraging research data, market trends, thought leadership, CTO and landscape insights through a consultative solutions sales approach.  A high percentage of the role is customer-facing.

The other side of the role is classic product management: defining, positioning and launching the rugged enterprise mobile computing portfolio. Analysis of sales and market data, to ensure revenue attainment, ramp and product forecasting requirements are achieved.

My goal in True Norf was to provide freelance/associate training and voiceover talent services, in both technical and non-technical fields.  Broadly these areas were: customer service, product, sales and marketing training.  Most of the time, my immediate focus was on instructor-led, virtual and physical classroom training delivery.  I spend a good proportion of time creating voiceovers for telecoms device management software training videos for offline new hires.
