I am responsible for the overall direction and administration of key functional areas in the bank including corporate finance, asset quality, marketing, business development, talent management, operations, regulatory compliance, and risk management. Responsible for providing strategic leadership for the company by working with the board of directors and the senior leadership team to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies. Member of both the bank and holding company boards of directors.

President/CEO

Responsible for coaching our commercial banking team as well as developing business relationships in our marketplace.  Additionally, I oversee marketing and am focused on increasing the awareness of our community bank in the Fox Valley.  A member of the senior leadership team, I am actively involved with all aspects of the operation of the bank.

Baylake Bank

Responsible for the financial performance of the Bay Region, which consists of 8 financial centers located throughout the counties of Brown and Outagamie.  A majority of my time was spent developing business relationships throughout our communities as well as providing sales coaching across all lines of business - commercial, retail, and wealth services.  As a member of the senior management team of a publicly traded company, I was focused on helping to develop and implement the company's strategic plan.

Associated Bank

Managed a team of commercial bankers focused on developing and maintaining relationships with small business to middle market clients in Northeastern Wisconsin.  Sales efforts were concentrated on deposit growth, loan growth, and generating fee income from other lines of business such as insurance sales and wealth services.

Senior Vice President

I am a financial industry executive with over 30 years of business development and leadership experience across all lines of business including Commercial Banking, Wealth Services, Private Banking, Insurance, and Retail Banking. I am passionate about championing small business and helping business owners beat the odds.

As the caretaker of our culture, I have helped our organization uncover its purpose and become focused on living out our core values. I am proud of the fact that the result of the aforementioned is deeper relationships with our employees, clients, shareholders and the community at large.
