► Oversee/manage a team of 10+ sales representatives selling tech services, products, and systems. Set sales targets, develop sales forecasts to produce a steady pipeline of prospects. Motivate team to deliver compelling technical presentations that drive sales.

► Manage 70 marketing leads per month on average and achieve individual/team monthly goals, in line with company targets through consultative selling and implementing improved sales techniques to assist/motivate team to reach goals.

► Increase productivity through coordinating/distributing weekly plans to each team member and utilise PowerBI and other tools/software to analyse team performance; promote team members management positions to scale branch and create new job opportunities.

► Manage interview/recruiting process and orientate new team members on company values and work methods to set them up for success from day 1; provide continuous sales, installation, and customer support training to customers receive exceptional first contact service.

► Organise weekly stock counts for branch in coordination with each team member to certify on-time installation of all orders.

► Recognised for surpassing Northampton branch sales record for three (3) consecutive months (June, July, and August 2020); consistent top-performing sales executive and sales team leader in the Midland region.

► Selected manager to open Peterborough branch in August 2020 with responsibility for hiring/training staff members for this new location.

Sales Manager

► Managed full-cycle sales/installation process and provided consultative customer service, including training customers on MyVerisure and Arlo mobile and computer software to assist with utilising software integrated into alarm functionality.

► Achieved high performance of eight (8) new customer accounts assigned by team leader monthly, on target with company sales objectives. 

► Assigned average 12-15 marketing leads per month and converted them to new sales, in line with target conversion rates 

► Reported daily commercial/residential canvassing activity and feedback on marketing leads (appointments) supplied by the company; solved customer issues/complaints regarding systems and accounts to ensure every sale was invoiced by the last day of each month.
