Deputy Chief of Staff

Overview - During my time in the Military I have quickly progressed, become expert at developing relationships and leading teams.

British Army Officer

A Staff role with oversight and direct management across all of the Army Inflow, including recruitment.  This was the Army's highest priority.

Army Inflow Programme Office 

Principal adviser with executive level leadership and corporate governance role. Directly responsible to the Commanding Officer (CEO equivalent) for the career management of all Human Resource and Finance specialists within a large organisation employing approximately 600 staff, whilst personally leading and managing a 30 strong team of HR and Finance specialists.

Chief Administrative Officer

HQ Allied Rapid Reaction Corps

Working to the Senior Leadership team within the Headquarters (HQ) of the Allied Rapid Reaction Corps (ARRC), a multi-national NATO HQ. This role included being the Branches Chief of Staff, the HQ Adjutant and the Career Manager for all 53 AGC(SPS) soldiers in the HQ.

Senior Strategic Planner

Defence Academy of the UK

Masters Level, 30 Week residential career course, in Leadership and Management.  Training was delivered by military instructional staff and academics from Kings College London.  

The Course syllabus covers a mix of subjects ranging from: staff and communication skills, command leadership and management, global effects on defence, higher management of Defence and the Army, equipment capability and procurement as well as a significant proportion focusing on planning processes and military history.

Command and Staff training (Masters level)

A highly successful career as a British Army Officer, where he has proven his advanced leadership and managerial skills. Experienced and effective at influencing key decision makers and able to consistently deliver results.
