▶ As genAI is integrated more seamlessly into apps, it'll become undeniably convenient and useful.

▶ As OpenAI and Microsoft Copilot have robust APIs, any company can easily integrate their functionality into the workplace, custom apps, entirely new service offering, etc.

▶ The adage "This is the worst AI you'll experience" is 100% true. And it's rapidly changing.
