Operating as a lead between the delivery team and the Training Manager, involved in scheduling resources to meet the training delivery targets, completing observations and feedback on delivery team sessions.  Working with key stakeholders in reviewing performance of their teams and implementing solutions for improved sales performance from our retail stores.

* Design training content for Orange PCS and 3rd party providers
* Managing and reviewing the delivery teams performance with Training Manager
* Delivering ‘Fresher’s week’ and ‘Managers week’ induction programs

Employed originally as a weekend Sales Advisor while at university, progressing to Senior Sales Advisor then Assistant Manager managing a team of 8 staff with a yearly profitability of £2.5-3 million.  In 2005 I competed in a nationwide competition to find the number one sales person across all network providers and 3rd party retailers in the telecoms sector.  I finished in the top 10 for the country and number 1 in Orange PCS.
