HYROX

Hyrox is a global fitness race that combines high-intensity interval training (HIIT), functional strength training, and endurance training. The race is designed to challenge participants' strength, power, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness. 

The race format is the same worldwide and takes place in large indoor venues. It consists of eight rounds, each with a 1 km run followed by a different functional exercise. The functional exercises include: 
SkiErg, Sled push, Sled pull, Burpee broad jumps, Rowing, Farmers carry, Sandbag lunges, and Wall balls. 

The race is suitable for almost everyone and doesn't need to be completed under a specific time limit. There are four different categories to choose from: Open, Pro, Doubles, and Team Relay. In the Doubles division, participants can compete as an all-women, all-men, or mixed team. In a mixed event, the weights are the same as the women's singles pro category. Both members of the doubles team must complete all eight runs, but they can share the work at the functional fitness stations.
