Advisor Product Management

Responsible for the definition and delivery of a part of a product from a customer and market requirement point of view - regarding content, prioritization, quality and customer excitement for a given cost and time frame.


•	Involved in Feasibility Analysis, gathering and documenting business requirements.
•	Take part in Grooming User stories for Product Backlog. 
•	Maintain product backlog, Prioritize stories, Maintain Sprint backlog.
•	Take part in Sprint demos, Retrospectives in 2 week sprint cycles. 
•	 Prepare Data flow diagrams, data mapping specs to capture end-to-end fulfilment, process diagrams, as well as End user Guides for Supply chain tools.
•	Created End to end data flow diagram for supply chain and fulilment and configuration service.
•	Clarify requirements to development and testing team to ensure solution developed is in sync with Business needs.
•	Interact with external vendors to understand existing functionalities and develop new functionalities in the product. 
•	Taken up anchor role for introducing Version One tool in agile methodology in associated sprint teams. 
This includes co-ordinate with Version and set up different agile teams and their initial sprint/backlogs in version one and guide the teams for using it.
