I'm a Front-end developer with experience on projects using technologies like: React, JavaScript, Typescript, SCSS, and other libraries like Material UI, Ant Design, React-hook-form, Axios, React Redux Toolkit, GSAP etc. I worked for clients from industries like: 📺 advertising & PR, 🧑‍⚕️health care, 🎁NGOs, 💻IT, 🏠real estate. I was involved in building the front end of their web application or presentation websites. Learning something new on every single day is a priority for myself because I really believe in the power of tiny gains (see Atomic Habits - James Clear) and continuous development in order to create significant value and remain competitive in a dynamic and ever changing environment like software development is. Soft-skills trainer (full time) was the job and my lifestyle for 6 years. During this period I had opportunities and gained experience in: 🚩 delivering training, workshop and team building programs for employees in multinational companies from line workers to top managers (I've worked with: Daimler, Continental, Philips, Atos, Emerson, msg, Siemens, Faurecia, Marelli, Valeo IT etc.) 🚩 designing and developing new learning products (also with expert partners) 🚩 coordinating project-based teams and managing projects I've always had an interest in life-long-learning in the fields of psychology and tech. During my master thesis I've developed (with a team of software developers) an app that aimed to help people maintain perseverance on the long run through time monitoring. The reason I've chosen to switch my focus to the IT industry is because I think this is the right time to expand my career into the technical field and continue to bring value with my soft-skills experience. I think that digitalization trends will bring more needs to respond to and more opportunities from now on than ever before.
