• Managed the deployment of new products, features and channels on 2-week sprints, driving user engagement (10x WAU) and retention (2x avg. session length) in 6 months
• Ideated and launched growth campaigns including Nudge Spotlight, an open web app showcasing Nudge’s unique data set to drive acquisition (driving 40%+ of new user traffic)
• Drove a data model and storage re-design to support elastic search, advanced analytics and reporting capabilities, enabling high-value proactive product use cases

• Worked closely with Product and CS teams to solve complex user-centered problems and enable new business opportunities for Nudge
• Balanced business goals with optimal user experiences
• Spearheaded the transformation of the product from being insight-focused to data-focused
• Helped build product design practice, enabling the Product team to do their best work
• Provided industry trend research, customer pains and objectives to help built better user experiences
• Led a brand re-fresh to help better position Nudge in the $45 billion CRM market
• Collaborated closely with Growth, Marketing and Leadership teams to create and execute new product marketing and growth strategies

Head of Product Design

Nudge is a revenue intelligence platform that combines AI with the most complete account-level dataset  to identify gaps in stakeholder relationships that lead to surprise pipeline attrition. Revenue leaders rely on Nudge to provide an objective way to identify at-risk deals and renewals and coach sales and CX teams to develop wider, deeper relationships that result in better close rates. By measuring the health, strength and gaps in account relationships, Nudge makes revenue growth a coachable skill.

• Championed consistent experiences across platforms and re-vamped the design system
• Worked closely with the development team to implement new designs and refine user flows
• Focused on core product experiences, while working on marketing projects and prototyping new product ideas

UX/UI Designer

Canada Post / Postes Canada

• Led User Experience design on a fraud-prevention payment integration Scrum team
• Researched, designed and tested checkout flows and payment forms for various Canada Post, Purolator and National Bank of Canada e-commerce, B2B and D2C platforms and mailing applications
• Worked closely with UX Research and Analytics teams to inform design decisions
• Contributed to the creation of Canada Post's first ever, WCAG2.0 accessible digital Design System: Mercury
