Key Clients & Achievements:
-  Athens Regional Health System (ARHS): Served in newly carved out Chief Technology Officer (interim) role by ARHS CIO to collaboratively define strategic technology road map and to direct solution integration for one of Northeast Georgia’s largest healthcare systems. Highlights of transformation included included replacement of of the legacy EMR with Cerner Millennium platform. Managed key elements of capital budgets up to $21M.
-  Universal Health Services, George Washington University Hospital: Led planning and delivery of strategic IT capital projects in conjunction with hospital CIO. Created a comprehensive technology road map to completely modernize IT infrastructure, core applications (Migrate to Cerner) and technology services.
-  Howard University Hospital: Performed technology assessment, recommending VDI pilot strategies to hospital CIO and IT team.

Pawan offers new ventures strategic guidance to propel startups to the forefront of innovation, while also leveraging his robust professional network to foster partnerships and customer relationships. 

Pawan’s tenure as Head of Technology at Olive AI further underscores his commitment to revolutionizing healthcare with industry-leading automation and artificial intelligence. Under his leadership, Olive AI experienced hyper-growth as a SaaS solution that automated healthcare processes, while also setting new standards for enterprise architecture, tech stack development, and the seamless delivery of technology solutions to improve operations for both health systems and payers.

Before Olive AI, Pawan was also instrumental in digital transformation initiatives at Meritus Health where he spearheaded a $100 million Epic EHR implementation, among other groundbreaking projects. His work not only enhanced operational efficiencies but also laid the groundwork for a more integrated, secure, and patient-centric healthcare ecosystem.
