With a career started in IT systems engineering and an undergraduate degree in child development psychology, followed by a Master's in Executive Psychodynamic Coaching, I also have 20+ years of experience in management consulting, focused on organisational transformations, lately, using vertical development approaches to build organisational capability and matching it with the complexity of aspirations. I am also a PhD student at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam researching coach-coachee matching based on a difference in levels of self-awareness using theories and tools developed at the Institute for Adult Development by Dr Darren Stevens. Over the course of my career, I have managed diverse projects across different geographies, acquiring vast knowledge and experience in domains such as organization design, organizational culture, talent, business strategy, M&A, and change management.
