Came to Abnormal early to start their Marketing Operations & Analytics department. I have focused on precision, efficiency, and scalability. Abnormal has grown tremendously since I've arrived. I've seen the company grow from sub $10M ARR to over $100M in my 2+ years here. We took a Series C in May of 2022 at $4B valuation.  I'm proud of the infrastructure my team and I have put in place. I'm responsible for:

- Marketing technology stack: Responsible for the evaluation, purchase, renewal, and management of all marketing technology, with a focus of scalability, efficiency, and cohesion. 

- Marketing automation: All marketing automation is owned by my team. The backbone of our MarTech stack is Marketo, and we primarily use Marketo & Salesforce to ensure our data architecture is clean and attributable, and the right touches are given to the right people at the right time. 

- Website: My team owns the technical strategy and implementation of the website. This has included a re-brand and building a website from the ground up. 

- Analytics: I am responsible for marketing analytics including setting up and maintaining attribution models, giving actionable insights to the marketing team, and creating framework for DG planning.

- Budget Management: I ensure the marketing team sticks to the allotted budget, spend is attributed properly and can be reported to identify ROI, and work with Finance to ensure the our forecasted spend and actuals match.

My team evaluates, onboards, and manages all marketing technology of LogMeIn. Currently, our MarTech stack is comprised of 65 tools. The stack includes tools ranging in price and size. Some highlights of our stack, team and processes are:

- LogMeIn has one of the world's largest Marketo instances in the world. We host millions of records, dozens of custom objects, and 15 different scoring models. 
- We focus on tools that integrate and work well with each other. We're actively looking at gaps in our stack to fill. 
- My team is comprised of 2 marketing technologists, 2 product managers, 2 developers, and 1 focused on data hygiene.

Director Of Marketing Technology and Operations

Jive Communications was acquired by LogMeIn on April 4, 2018. As our companies merged, my role changed to Sr. Manager of Marketing Technology at LogMeIn.

My team evaluates, onboards, and manages all Marketing Technology that LogMeIn uses.

Senior Manager, Marketing Operations

I manage our Marketo instance and it’s connection with Salesforce. This includes: 

- Nurture Campaigns
- Trigger and batch campaigns
- Lead Scoring
- Lead cleanup/management 
- Web hooks and integrations
- Salesforce connection
- Web personalization
- Revenue explorer
- Alerts/notifcations
- Email design (HTML)

As the marketing operations manager, I also manage/have managed various employees here at jive including: marketing automation specialist, marketing analyst, social media specialist, event marketing specialist, 3 web developers, and our communications specialist.
